1) A deposit of two day's rental is
required to confirm reservation.
2) Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler's checks or
money order. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment
of final balance.
3) Deposits refunded if notified in writing two weeks in
advance of arrival date, subject to a 25% service charge.
4) Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
5) No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
6) All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
7) Reservations held until 5PM unless otherwise notified.
8) Rates listed apply only to advance reservations.
9) Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject
to forfeiture of all amount prepaid.
10) ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT strictly enforced.
11) No bicycles in rooms.
12) No roller blading on premises.
13) Sorry, no pets.
